3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
- Deposit processing is generally instant.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — funds must be sent from your own registered mobile banking account.
- red444 reserves the right to reject any deposit.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals may be delayed due to incomplete or incorrect information.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
red444 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
- Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 20x — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it.
- The bonus can be received only once per account.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonus offers may be changed, suspended or cancelled at any time at red444's discretion.
- If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with earning a bonus, the bonus and related winnings will be voided.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — details will be stated with each offer.
- Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the bonus expiry date.
VIP Program
The red444 VIP program has four tiers. Moving to a higher tier earns more weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
The specific terms for VIP tier benefits and cashback are set by red444 and are subject to change.
5 Prohibited Activities
List of Prohibited Conduct
- Any attempt to defraud, deceive or manipulate the platform.
- Using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to play games or earn bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other users.
- Attempting to access the website's source code, software or data without authorisation.
- Using low-risk betting strategies or bonus abuse methods to meet bonus wagering requirements.
- Operating an account using another person's identity, personal information or banking details.
6 Gaming Rules
Game Play Terms
- All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are fair.
- In the event of a technical error during a game, the relevant round may be considered void.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- red444 is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during gameplay.

Sports Betting

- If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake is generally refunded.
- In live betting, odds may change at any moment — the applicable odds are not final until the bet is confirmed.
- red444 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of match fixing.
- Winnings will be added to your wallet only after the official result is announced.

red444 may immediately close any account in the following circumstances:

- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Providing a false identity or false documents.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts.
Closure by the User
